Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Caribbean Poster! Because all of our poster prints are custom-made to order using Gelato print-on-demand services, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the incorrect size.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Damages, Defects, & Misprints

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your poster print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at caribbeanposter@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as the packaging it arrived in.

If the issue is validated as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will happily arrange for a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

Note: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Address Issues & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the print facility and destroyed. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the print facility and destroyed. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Cancellations

Because our fulfillment process is automated through Gelato to ensure fast delivery, production usually begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
