SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Caribbean Poster! We want to get your beautiful prints to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Because our products are custom-made to order, your delivery timeline is broken down into Fulfillment Time and Shipping Time.
1. Order Fulfillment (Production Time)
All of our posters are printed on demand using Gelato’s global print network. This means your item doesn't exist until you order it!

Average Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 4 business days to print, quality-check, and package your poster.

During peak holiday seasons, fulfillment may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to a regional shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal services).
Shipping times and rates depend on your location:

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Production Time (2–4 days) + Shipping Time = Total Time to Doorstep.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your poster ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.
4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Gelato prints items in over 30 countries to ensure your order is produced as close to you as possible. Because of this localized printing:

US, EU, & Canadian Orders: Usually ship from within your region, meaning you rarely incur customs fees.

International Orders: If an order must be routed internationally, Caribbean Poster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Check Your Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Because our system is automated, we cannot change the address once production has started. If a package is returned to the print facility due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at caribbeanposter@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you.
